My own journey, from establishing a successful digital marketing agency to driving infrastructure development in the Highlands as a Council Leader and Member of Parliament, has always been shaped by a commitment to sustainable local growth. So, dedicating my next chapter to supporting others to deliver on this ethos was a no-brainer.
